A very practical product in general.
The size is a little large for my Dad, but using medical tape around the exterior gives an added security. I found that with ANY condom catheter, the condom can fail if there is enough leg movement during the night. After a couple of bed wettings, I taped the catheter tube to the side of my Dad's leg, and that solved the occasional detachment problem. Which saves a ton of laundry cycles. As a further precaution, I use an Ace wrapping bandage (stretchy, reusable, non-adhesive wrapping cloth) to cover the section of tube that is taped. Then, in the morning to remove the tape, pour rubbing alcohol to break down the adhesive and help remove the tape. As one ages, the skin becomes much thinner, and is susceptible to tearing even from a medical tape. After removing tape, rub lotion of your choice to help recover the skin during the day, and you should be good to go. Your experience may differ, but mine is necessary to prevent condom failure, and help maintain the quality of life of this 94 year old. The Lord is merciful.---4-19-17 update. Instead of securing the catheter with tape, I bought from eBay 100 pieces of Velcro straps for $2.35, which were designed to wrap electrical cords. They are the perfect length and width (but can be cut), are reusable, and makes the catheter even more secure. I am probably up to a 98% success rate, where in the morning I find the catheter secure, and everything dry. Search eBay under "hook loop cable cord ties."

Sticky tight - will not come off
Very Sticky and tight - will not come off. Reliable. Recommend users to trim off some pubic hair so the hair will not get stuck in the sticky condom - it hurts when removing the condom. Also apply some oil or cream to the foreskin or the skin immediately adjacent to the tip sothat it will not hurt when removing the sticky condom. Watch out just a little bit of oil, the condom may become not sticky and may slip off. You need to test yourself. I use IPA (Iso Propyl Alcohol) and a Q-tip to remove the sticky condom from the skin. Just apply IPA, soak a bit and It comes off without pain.

Value for money
The Freedom Clear Advantage Aloe Vera Adhesive Condom Catheters are excellent! They are easy to put on and provide a secure fit without any leaks. The aloe vera adhesive is gentle on the skin, adding an extra layer of comfort. Highly recommend for reliable and hassle-free use.

Great product
I like the way that the aloe caused it to hold on better

Adhesive did not stick for long regardless of how well the area was prepared.
Adhesive does not stick well regardless of how well you prep the area. You cannot tape over is as no medical tape I had on hand would stick at all to the silicone. There were no package instructions and everything I read online indicated the adhesive would be so strong that it would be potentially hard to remove. Instead I had three fall off without warning. This was a temporary need until I could see my urologist who resolved my issue but for anyone who expects this to be a better solution than absorbent pads, don't waste your money.MAYBE they would work if a person was bedridden, but I was trying to find a product that would stay in place with a leg bag to attend two social events with very little activity. Seems the sweat from being outdoors is what made the adhesive fail.

Difficult to remove
Removing this condom in the morning is very difficult and painful. Instructions on easier removal would be appreciated. They hold well during the night but taking them off is terrible. Any suggestions on easier removal would be greatly appreciated.

Adheres Better Than Competing Brands; Nozzle Does Not Kink
Competing brands (i.e. Baird) kink at the nozzle, leading to a balloon full of urine that eventually explodes, soaking both you and your pants. These adhere well enough without the extra adhesive at the tip (Colorplast LS) that can be a little uncomfortable to remove. Coloroplast is made in Denmark and is the only brand I trust.
