TaoTronics TT-MK005 2.4G Mini Wireless Fly Mouse Keyboard (Black)

This device works as advertised and is quite accurate when tracking movement.I can't say anything for battery life as I havent had it for very long, only a week.I have only had a couple instances where it didn't pick up button presses but those seem to have been more likely caused by the OS of the device I was using and not the remote itself.I can comfortably sit on my couch 15+ feet away without any problems.If you try to play games using this remote you may notice a small lag which will make it difficult for split second reactions and therefore make some games almost unplayable. I have not been able to confirm if this is the remote or the device I have the USB dongle plugged into. It is entirely possible the lag is completely unavoidable, in fact I suspect this is the case.

This is a pretty cool little keyboard/mouse combo and works great! There was one point when I was going to return it because it stopped working, but it turns out, if you accidentally push the center button, it will not work with the PC anymore. It took me a couple days to figure that out as I only use it with my HTPC, but after I realized that was the cause, all was well. I have already recommended it to some family and friends who have HTPC setups, but I'm not sure it they've picked one up yet. Either way, I recommend this to anyone! While the first unit I had had a key that was difficult to press, the company contacted me with some after-purchase questions and quickly responded to my feedback. They replaced the faulty unit and the new unit works well, feels great in my hand, and is easy to learn. I can easily navigate my Midnight MX2 performing Android-tasks or within the XBMC app. To recalibrate, I just quickly flick my wrists to the edges of the screen, and then the remote is true to the pointer. The only fancy features missing would be a microphone or headphone jack like some models offer, but this one instead has superior usability in navigation, and I'd rather have that.

These remotes are all about the same quality. For a few weeks, they'll work great and then after a while, for no reason at all, they'll just stop working. I had a lot of good expectations for this particular design with the "wii" remote ability, which was great for a time, but after several weeks of use, the mouse just stays in the corner and you can't get any response. Someday, I really hope someone will design an affordable remote for a computer that actually works.

Air mouse takes a bit of getting used to, but aside from that, it's great. Slightly larger than a standard remote. I just plugged it into my PC; it worked straight out of the box.Key placement is slightly awkward when holding it like a remote, and it would be awesome if there were a "page up/page down" rocker somewhere around the thumb area, but these are just tiny complaints to an otherwise great product.

I use this keyboard on a Gigabyte Mini-ITX MOBO and a Raspberry Pi. Setup takes a second and it works. The unit is very light plastic but does feel substantial enough. I am able to communicate from a 2nd floor bedroom to the unit on the main floor effectively - the connection becomes spotty if I am not directly above it. Communication on the same floor carries a greater distance, in my circumstance. The only thing I would want would be a more solid key action - I prefer it much more than a screen touch, but it feels a little mushy. I recommend it - I own two.

This is a cumbersome remote, but works ok. A lot of the buttons aren't mapped correctly to the android operating system. The point at the tv and click works well, but typing is frustrating as it doubles up letters, so typing something can be very frustrating.

I really like this unit. I'm using it right now to type this review.It works well as a mouse, and has a nice feel to it. I wish it had a scroll wheel though.As a keyboard it does well, it has a good button feel and a crisp response. I wish the keyboard was slightly backlit for use in darker rooms.For the cost its fantastic.
