I bought this chocolate for a treat and is is wonderful! Silky smooth and creamy; it actually melts in your mouth. The price is fair, the taste divine, but don't order in the summer as they will melt in a minute if left out. A very simple and delicious adult chocolate treat!

The chocolate upon arrival was stale, discolored and tasted horrible. This chocolate is normally deliciously smooth and creaming, but what I received looked like it had been exposed to air and had soiled. It tasted sour and had to throw it out.

A year or two ago my wife and I were watching a show called Inside The Factory and one of the episodes was about chocolate. They ended up asking people on the streets of London what they thought about chocolate from different parts of the world and when they got to the US, every single person they asked said the American chocolate smelled and tasted like spoiled milk. I had never even considered this to be a thing... but then I ventured down to one of the local grocery stores that has a wide selection of international candies and spent about $40 on various chocolate bars from different countries.This was by far my favorite and I was happy to see them on Amazon at a much cheaper price than I could get at that one chain grocery store.This one just smells amazing... and there is just something about letting it melt on your tongue that really brings out the flavor. I never want to buy a Hershey bar ever again after trying Milka Alpenmilch Vollmilch Schokolade.5 stars just isn't enough... it's easily worth 10 stars all around plus a Paul Hollywood handshake!
