Got mine on by calling a welder buddy to do the job. May have increased the sound by doing so.

As advertised will get your job done. Happy generating
Product is as advertised. Installed it on my 1987 sun raider have a 2200 generator on the back in a pod and the exhaust adapter and pipe work perfectly. Might be getting a little bit of rust spots on the pipe if so a little premature Spoke to manufacturer my install provided valuable information.
