This MCAT Prep Erasable Notepad (“noteboard booklet”) by MCAT-prep.com provides a simulation of the real exam notepad; it is NOT a replica. Currently, the real MCAT is a computer-based exam which does not provide scratch paper. Instead, for your calculations and notetaking, you are provided with a fine point marker and a laminated notepad booklet with spiral binding. To extend the life of your marker, make sure to place the cover when not in use. This will avoid the marker drying out. The current booklet is 8.5” x 14” and double-sided composed of a cover page and 9 pages with graph paper. This MCAT Prep Notepad/Whiteboard product follows the preceding guidelines and the 1 marker included with this product is the current brand being used for the real exam: Staedtler Lumocolor non-permanent marker with fine point, black, made in Germany. The latter is also referred to as a “wet-erase pen”. This product does not contain any practice questions. You should use this product in conjunction with full-length MCAT practice tests (available separately from many sources) under timed conditions to better simulate your upcoming real test day. Perfect MCAT Practice Notebook
This MCAT prep erasable notepad is fantastic! The whiteboard-style pages make it super easy to practice problems and quickly correct mistakes. The marker writes smoothly and erases cleanly without any ghosting. I love that it lets me simulate the exam experience while keeping my notes reusable. It’s compact, easy to carry, and really helpful for active studying. Highly recommend for anyone prepping for the MCAT!

Very similar to the actual notepad I got on test day.
The marker could be better. It's better to just buy a pack of expo dry erase markers cuz it comes off easier without having to use a wet tissue wipe. Either way, the testing center I went to gave us expo dry erase markers anyway. However, overall a very good product for studying for the test.

Decent but not perfect
Overall, it is a satisfactory simulation of the actual MCAT noteboard booklet. It is somewhat smaller (about 7/8ths of the size) of the real thing and is somewhat less durable. After three months of use, the edges have started fraying, and the spiral binding has come undone slightly. The marker that came with the product was the exact same as the real exam, and I did not have issues with it.

I haven’t taken the real test but I just used this on my first full length and everything worked well! It makes me feel better to be prepared

Use this to simulate test day!
This is a must-have to simulate actual test day. The marker works well and you can erase your writing with a tissue and some hard pressure— note that you can’t erase anything on actual test day because you will be using a permanent marker instead, you will have to request a new whiteboard. I’m glad I have it to practice taking exams with!

Can’t believe I waited this long to buy it!
Worth every penny, I wish I ordered it sooner. It’s 10 pages which should be more than enough space!

Daughter loves it
I bought it after the MCAT as a present since my daughter loved the one she used during the test. She uses it at school and lives it. Wish I would have bought it for all of the practice tests.

One of the tools that one needs to succeed. It served well.

Was almost perfect.
The only issue that I had was that my marker seemed to dry out really quick. In my 6 practice tests in had to soak it in water twice to revive it.
