Organic coconut milk powder is a regular part of my home pantry, that I use all the time for everything from creamer, to adding to my homemade cashew milk, to delicious curries. I decided to try out this company, as it has the same ingredients as the other 2 that I use.It’s really, really awful. First off, at room temperature, it’s just a bag full of clumps so I had to hand crush the 2tbs I needed for a recipe. Obviously not the end of the world, but I bought a POWDER because I wanted a powder. Much worse than this is the taste. Like I mentioned, I use coconut milk powder all the time and know what it’s supposed to taste like. This has an AWFUL soapy, bitter, chemical-y after taste that is still in my mouth as I write this, 15min after I tasted it. This is NOT NORMAL for coconut milk or coconut milk powder. Waste of time(waiting around for it to be delivered, as well as not being able to use it right now as intended) and definitely a waste of money. 100% would recommend to go with absolutely a different brand. Unless you like clumpy, bitter, soap tasting coconut milk.

During the Covid crisis, it was not easy to come by coconut milk in the grocery stores so I decided to try the powdered milk. Pleasantly surprised at the delicious taste. Will not hesitate to buy it again.

I love that this product is organic and without additives. Because it has no additives it clumps. I have already used the whole package making spiced hot cocoa mix for my ketogrnic diet. I love the flavor and cutting out the lactose/sugar/carbohydrates that come with using powdered miilk. Check the bag as there is a small amount of carbs in a serving. It is much less than milk. That said, I did have to experiment with ways to unclump the lump that came in my bag. I tried using a coffee grinder and my nutribullet. Bith spin so fast the powder gets sticky and sticks to the appliance. Ibhad beter luck with my olf fashioned flour sifter and some assistancefrom my fingers. When combined with the cocoa, sweetener, ancho chili powder and cinnamon, it made a powdery mix. One tablespoon in hot almond milk makes a deliciously satisfying hot cocoa drink

Purchased as an affordable milk substitute while dairy prices are high during coronavirus. It works well for baking and for breakfast. Might continue buying this rather than lactose free milk.

This stuff works well for our year and a half old daughter. She has gas when drinking cow's milk from the store. We had to switch brands after our original goats milk brand had a funny taste. I bought several brands to try and this one worked well although I did find one a little more affordable than this although this isn't bad. If you want to know which one I found I liked better, read my reviews, but this is a quality product and I would buy again for our daughter.

If you can’t get out and get the bottles, this is the next best thing.

I bought this to use as a vegan coffee creamer. It is horrible for this. It does not mix well. There is no creamy coconut taste at all. I cannot even define the taste, but definitely not coconut. I really looked forward to receiving this. Am very disappointed

We use this in our smoothies and it's about the only thing that makes us able to swallow.It has a natural sweetness to it that is nice.
