Great shorts for BJJ -- good value.
Great training shorts. I specifically do nogi bjj and these shorts are fantastic for that. No outside pockets (there is a hidden inner pocket), no loose fabric, no exposed drawstring looks for your opponents fingers to get caught in. They are elastic waistband with the drawstring on the inside of short. Nice length and elasticity to allow for good movement. After one training session in them, I came back and bought 2 more pairs to have them in rotation.

Great shorts for mma
Great shorts for mma. Full range of motion, and no restriction when kicking. Shorts have no pockets so you don’t have to worry about your partners toes getting caught in the pockets during training. Material is fast drying and seems durable. Would recommend.

Not too bad
Overall, not too bad. I'm about 5'8 and 183ish. They're a bit tight in the thighs and about knee length. They allow free movement. The material is a little thinner than what I'm used to, but overall, no big complaints.

Size chart is confusing. Go with the size you normally wear in shorts.
Nice shorts, very comfortable for jujitsu training. Seems to be strong and durable. I ordered a pair for myself and a pair for my son.
