These have been super helpful in relaxing an agitated stomach, especially after eating too much or eating something that didn't sit well with me. Relief generally comes within 30 minutes - 1 hr depending on the initial pain.Only downside is the nasty taste these pills have. I've had the soft gel version, which leaves an odd after taste, but it's manageable. These pills need to be eaten with nose plugged to make it through. Still highly recommend the product, just not for taste.
