This it the fourth Beynar and the third version of the 5160 watch. I really like them, they have simplicity and a sophistication that looks original from a watchmaker that makes homages. This combination is a black dial with a silver case and band. I like the band, it has a foldover clasp. As opposed to the butterfly clasp which to me has the nasty habit of flying open when I don't want it to. The watch is very nicely made looking much more than the $50 price tag. And it does not have the bezel tachymeter decoration, because these watches do not use the large second hand, but the small second and minute hand sub dials. The watch and date and 24 dial works perfectly. My first issue was that the chrongraph did not work properly. I could not get it to reset and it would start are mid cycle. This one was purchased through Amazon Warehouse so I figured I got a defective return. Then I remembered that the Supon movement of the watch is a Seiko clone. So I pulled out the crown to the second position, and pressed the top and bottom pushers. That is how Seiko and Pulsar tell you to do a hard reset of the watch. It worked. The chronograph reset itself and is working perfectly. This information is not in the Beynar manual. Also the Supon movement uses the SR920SW battery which is easy to get. Also this particular model has a screwdown back, so it might be able to resist water at more than 3 ATM, cut I don't plan to try. The watch was purchase through the Warehouse so it cost less than half the cost of a new one. I plan to keep it, for now. Day 1. A final tip. It the sub dial hands do not always line up, especially after a battery change. Try this first, because this movement is a Seiko clone it is possible to align the sub dials if they get out of alignment. Pull the crown out to position two. The top pusher will control the split second sub dial at the top of the watch, each button press will advance the hand by one, a steady press will make it move quickly around the dial. You will be able to get it centered after a couple of tries. The bottom pusher controls the second and if you have it, the minute hands. Each button push will advance the second, you will have to press and hold the button to spin the minute dial. Once you play with it a few times you will be able to spin the minute dial and the seconds dial to zero using the steady press and the single button press. Once aligned, press back the crown.

Very nice watch. Looks great and has a nice weight to it... doesn't look or feel cheap at all. The stopwatch dials for seconds and minutes actually work and aren't there just for decoration like some cheaper watches. I was looking at other much more expensive name brand dress watches in the $150-$200 range but decided to save some $$$ and give this one a try. So far I'm very happy with the purchase. The pictures in the description made the band of the one I chose appear more of a gunmetal gray when in reality the band is black metal, but the face has a very nice dark blue hue to it. The gold time markers and hands make a nice, easy to read contrast. I have a small wrist so I had to use the pin removal tool that IS INCLUDED to take a couple of links out. Remember, if you have to use the tool, the pins only push out one way! HINT: look at the end of the pin on each side of the band and push from the side that looks slightly recessed vs the side the pin looks flat and even with the band. When replacing the pin, push the narrow end in first vs the slightly bowed end. A pair of needle-nose pliers make for an easy final set of the pin, getting it all the way in to the link. Like I said, I'm very happy with my decision to purchase this watch, and I saved a lot of money over the ones I was originally considering. I'll update this post if anything changes my opinion about the watch. If you're considering purchasing this watch go for it! Like me, you won't be disappointed!

Benyar is excellent. the watch is shiny chrome bling bling hot seller. Still working fine. Comes with tools to hit links and pop them out have the watch on in 45 seconds. USA great buy. Great price. Benyar!

The best $ I've ever spent on a watch, performs better than ones I've had that are many $hundreds$ more expensive. Perfect for everyday use, I've had mine 4 yrs and just bought another for a gift. Water resistance is good, face takes abuse without a scratch, good battery life, metal strap has held up perfectly. A good-looking watch at an incredible value!

I gifted to my dad for his birthday, and he loves it.

Cheap plastic face instead of a traditional crystal face ... the plastic face broke within days ... disappointing ... the watch looks nice but you get a $50 watch when you pay $50 ... since this review the seller reached out to me and assured the face is GLASS and they've replaced my watch free of charge. They offered to refund or replace and Ichosr a replacement. Excellent customer service. 👌

Schicke Uhr, funktioniert einwandfrei. Sieht richtig gut aus. Wird nicht meine letzte Uhr von Beynar sein.
