Best polenta I have ever had, so creamy and tasty ,cooks fast. Delivery was very fast and I will definitely order again.

Quick and easy with lovely flavor
A really good quick polenta/grits product. It was so fast to prepare, only stirring for 10 minutes instead of the usual 25. In the past I only used Bob’s Red Mill polenta(grits) and it is very good but with the pandemic I couldn’t get any and had only the option of 25 pounds (way too much) in mail order so had to find something new. Colavita makes great pasta so tried these and not disappointed. Reasonably priced for the super high quality, ease of preparation and flavor. Highly recommend this product. Would note that unless you like your grits super thick to have some extra boiling water nearby to add as needed while cooking. I had to add more to keep the consistency I prefer. Since I made this for shrimp or scallops and grits I also added some shredded cheese and a pat of butter once off the heat and before serving as it enhances the flavor for that dish. Will be buying this again.

Nothing like an Italian polenta! This one tastes great and comes out perfectly out of any shaped pan I use. Will absolutely buy it again!

One box was damaged but thats OK
I've had this polenta before and its pretty good and can trust its gluten free. Its cheaper if you can find it in the store, but compared to what else is on amazon the 6pack is worth it even if one box didn't make it. Not certified GF, but I make this for a celiac all the time.

Love the creaminess and traditional taste of polenta
Polenta has been in our family for years. My grandparents and parents made it all the time, usually a winter dish. It was made to accompany chicken, pork dishes, rabbit and even as a plain dish. Some people had it for breakfast too with milk and syrup. In USA they call it grits made with corn. It's good as a side dish instead of potatoes or rice. As a left-over, it's good sautéed with butter and cheese. YUMMY. TRY IT!!!!
