Pretty good little tuna combo packet with lots of flavor! I like to have it handy for a quick little "fish taco" that beats those "fish tacos" in the MRE meals. Cheap, portable, quick... A tortilla, packet, and hotsauce ... and you actually got something fairly tasty.I suppose it is pretty versatile and could be used in salads, on top crackers, and in other ways ... but frankly it makes a great little MRE-like substitute or quick high-protien snack.

I was traveling out west and I saw these in a grocery store. I tried them and liked the fact that they came in four different flavors and were high in protein.They say you can heat them up after you open them, but if you were on the go, you don’t have time to do that. And they taste great cold or at room temp.I bicycle a lot, and I have these stashed in my car for after the ride. I eat them while I drive home. I rip off the top and fold them into thirds and squeeze them into my mouth.

I just started weight loss shots, and nothing seems appetizing anymore. I found these pouches, and they have been a game-changer! Healthy, full of vitamins and minerals, and the protein I need to get a lot of. The flavor is spectacular.

Spicy bowls- cheap, healthy, filling, packable with a long shelf life. Not too hot, really handy and by the case cheaper than WallyWorld...

Opens easily even with my arthritus. Really tasty and filling. I keep a stack of 12 in my desk at work. If I dont feel like packing a lunch, or I am too busy to go get a lunch, (or heat one up), I can eat one of these and the ingredients keep you going until you go home! Great to take on a trip.

This has a nice flavor but the soggy noodles distract from it. Would have been better with a barley or wild rice or firmer rice.

This is a great small lunch - and to my surprise, hardly tastes of tuna (I love tuna). You can eat it cold. You can put it on a plate or bowl for heating (the pack is not microwavable) and enjoy it that way. "Put it on a plate, son, you'll enjoy it better." For me, this is a perfect sized lunch and it includes some of my favorite things to eat - it's very satisfying.
