Do you recommend for bullet wounds?

I can only offer what I think, I am not a professional. I do think this would help. Since bullet wounds are small in size and if the bullet is removed, it would just be a small wound and the contents of this kit would work.

Does the antiseptic have alcohol in it??

Yes, the included antiseptic wipes contain Ethyl Alcohol 66.5%.

The "all health" listing on this page states "made in us" but 5 of 6 items in this product are from china, not usa. mistake or lie?

All gauze no matter the brand is made in china. Only wipes are made in the Usa
