Bought these to stuff into my shoes to turn them into redneck olympic lifting shoes. They work fantastically for that purpose, and I feel like a towering giant, tiptoeing around the gym at my new height of 6'4". They're stable enough to squat ~500lbs, so I feel like they're stable enough to strut around in town with as well.

Works well only complaint it the top felt on insert started coming off on first usage.

The material quality is poor. it starts peeling after just 2-3 wears. Also, it's not as comfortable as advertised

Quality is top grade? Firm. The insert does not go all the way to the front of the shoes. I believe they can fit up to size 15 or 16 shoes. I'm currently using on a size 14 boot.

The idea is great, but these do not fit regular shoes every well at all. It boosts your heel up so high that it’s almost out of the shoe completely. We purchased your actual height increasing shoes and those work much better because there’s extra heel material to cover the fact that you have that lift. The inserts are not for every day shoe usage, at least for the shoes my son wears

Works as described, giving you a couple inches in height. Best to use high top shoes or boots. My feel pretty comfortable in my Chelsea boots.
