Wowsers! What a great DC read for the DC Multiversity! Intertwined so in such a delicate and savory fashion! A must read for any DC Multiversity fan.

Great sequel to Watchmen
Lots of Pros and very few Cons. This book has been out for a few years now, and has been well regarded. Geoff Johns is one of the best comic writers ever. And he really seems to do Watchmen justice in this book. Plus he’s written for a bunch of other DC stuff so the fact that this takes place within the Batman/Superman universe as well, means they got the right man for the job. It does a really good with pacing, and keeping the reader interested. And it’s clear that a TON of work went into writing this. The art is no slouch either. Gary Frank (art) and Brad Anderson (colors) do phenomenal work here. It’s somehow both modern and timeless. And really does well in creating the atmosphere for the story to take place. In short, it’s totally worth the price and you should definitely buy it and enjoy it.I don’t have much negative to say, and without giving the story away I will say that when it started mentioning “multiverse” I did roll my eyes. The idea of multiple universes where “anything can happen” has become the new “it was all just a dream”. Its often a cop out for comic labels to get away with doing something potentially unpopular (like DC turning nearly everything into woke garbage) or a lazy crutch for writers to not have to find reasons for the events to take place.Luckily for us, this book is neither of those things. Its use of the multiverse theory is a key point in the actual story to which the events could NOT happen otherwise.

Rebirth Conclusion
This story gets way too much hate. It is a really great Dr. Manhattan and Superman story. It takes the elements from Watchmen and introduces what would happen if you add the rest of DC in. Mainly Superman, being the main point of interest. Great read.

Doomsday Clock A Great Story
I find myself reading a lot more these days, and a lot of it is to escape the despair of the actual world. Doomsday Clock's success in my reading of it is that it doesn't exactly let me do that. By drawing on real world situations for the characters then to mirror with their own crises, the book allows me all the thrill of reading to escape while keeping me grounded at the same time, contemplative. Nicely done!

not sure I followed all of this but it was visually amazing.
not sure I followed all of this but it was visually amazing. Not quite as tight as Watchmen. Bizarre gratuitous nod out of nowhere to the elimination of homosexuality as a disorder by American psychiatric association towards end of the novel.

Great storytelling. I was invested.
I only write this as a fan of watchmen comics, movies and tv shows. This was freakin awesome. Every detail of this comic had me wanting more.

PERFEITO
