Came in time for me to tear a hamstring. So during this long recovery I do feel.it helps me to feel as stiff in the mornings when waking up. I also.feel my knee "crack" less when bending since starting the supplement as well. There is no weird after taste and easy to take. I take them on a full.stomach to.avoid possible upset stomach issues.
