Pen Needles (32G 4mm)

These fine insulin pen needles are perfect. They are an excellent price here on Amazon, they were about 50% less than what my pharmacy charged. I returned my pharmacy purchase to get them here on Amazon and told them that their price was much too high. They are a high quality needle and very easy to use.

These work well and are very inexpensive. The drug I take only comes with six needles even though the pen contains enough for 12 doses. These allow me to use all the medication up, which is very helpful because it is expensive.

Insulin pen needles can be very expensive at the pharmacy so I started buying these via Amazon. They are the same good quality as the B&D I was getting but are much lower price. They fit the insulin pens perfectly and the needles are sharp with no burrs for a smooth, painless insertion. The only reason I gave these a four star review was they use a paper seal to ensure sterility, which is fine, except I live in a very dry climate and the paper sticks to my skin due to static and it is truly annoying to be waving one hand at the trash can while trying to inject my meds.

IMHO, these are better quality than those at the pharmacy and priced MUCH better!

The needles are not as finely finished out as comfortable for use as the needles that use to be available from Amazon were. They’re still good and get the job done, but more often than not will leave tiny bruises or blood blisters that last a day or two after the injection. Yes, these do work with various injectables available in pen form; they’re inexpensive and are less of a strain on our already overstressed wallets, plus they’re still available without a prescription to states that will allow these sales. They do not, however, have the comfort tip found in other pen needles. If I could afford to pay out of pocket for the name brand needles I would do so, but as I can’t, this is what’s available. You basically get what you pay for. These aren’t so terribly bad that they’re unusable, but if you haven’t used these before then expect some differences. I’ll continue to buy them because of the price.
