Q: Does this come with the extension tube?

Buy a foot of clear tubing that fits over the nozzle and cut off what you need to extend the nozzle.

Q: Will this product work on a 1000 gallon rubber water tank

I don't know for sure. It worked for my problem glueing rubber to plastic. It's good for glueing & sealing leaks as the commercial shows & it does come in different colors. I got the small can.

Q: Need to use this on windows, couple reviews mentioned a smell... has anyone used this to seal bedroom windows and if so was the smell a problem/

Flex Shot should be used in a well ventilated area if used indoors. The smell will dissipate when dry. Many people have had great success using Flex Shot on their windows.

Q: Would it work on convertible tops to glue the glass to the cloth top?

No you would want Flex Glue for that. Flex Shot is more like a caulk.
