Excellent product to train your puppy with.

Urine doesn't collect properly in the tray below so ends up going over the floor/paving slabs. Absolutely starts to stink unless washed after every use.

The puppy toilet seems great. It absorbs liquid and easy to clean. We are still trying to make our puppy go on it, but are struggling a little bit. Hopefully he will get it soon as it looks like a great thing to use, specially if he is left alone inside for a couple of hours.

Purchased this over 18 months ago, and it’s still in good condition. We only have a balcony, so we use it for our dog’s midday toilet breaks. We bought a roll of Astro turf, which we cut and replace regularly to keep it fresh.

Good idea and the cat uses it however the tray is a bit awkward to empty. would of been better with and enclosed contained tray. as walking to empty risks spills.

I chose this dog toilet because I had seen one by another maker for £150 and this toilet closely matched the design. Very sadly my hopes were dashed after 2nd use by my puppy. The grass layer remained wet & caused pee-print on my floors; the grass layer smelt horrible; i used a water-Zouflora mixture in the pee tray layer to help the smell but nothing worked. Washing & drying grass layer did not help the dreadful smell either. Waste of money. I would return it, but is it worth the postage!! Use Simple Solutions XL washable pads instead.

I got this dog toilet as my new puppy was making a mess all over the house and was not understanding that the dog toilet mats was where he had to go the toilet. I bought the dog toilet and with in 36 hours my puppy was using the dog toilet all the time instead of going where ever he wanted in the house. The Dog toilet made toilet training for a puppy extremely easy. and removed all the stress out of it. and the dog toilet is extremely easy to clean just taking it outside and using the hose pipe and some soap to clean wash it. and then dry it off and its ready to use again. The delivery of the order was extremely quick. Final words this this dog toilet is a must for all new puppy owners and saves lots of money and also the environment as not needing to purchase puppy pads any more 5 *

Pleasantly surprised my 9wk old puppy loved it on sight & immediately jumped on it, scratching & rolling around happily! Fortunately, with appropriate prompts she now understands it's not for play and has successfully done her business on it from day 2! So far so good! One problem (aside from being pricey!)is that it obviously needs time to dry after rinsing off, which might not be in time for the next toilet trip! Might be worth having 2! Another problem is that the grass fibres come off easily when chewed, which puppies do, therefore they must be watched whilst on the mat! However, I'd recommend it because it actually encourages toilet training!
