Clearspring - Umeboshi Paste - 150g

I've been using the Eden brand umeboshi paste, mainly on corn on the cob, for years, but never liked their flat plastic packaging. So when I saw the same product in a glass jar I ordered it. The taste seems the same, and I prefer it in a glass container. Only neg is that it ships all the way from the UK, but shipping was still fast.

I like it on tofu, cucumber, and with hand-roll sushi. It lasts long because I use only sparingly as it says on the jar. Unclear if it is made in UK or China, and where organic plum was grown.

My grandfather always ate "pickled plum paste" on his corn on the cob, and I missed it so much, this was worth the wait!! This is exactly the same as what he had, and it is seriously amazing!

This is a silky, smooth and salty paste.

This umeboshi paste is of excellent quality and is the best I know of. The ume flavor is without comparison.

Good umeshiba paste. Sort of pricey for a small jar. But taste is good. Thank you very much.

I know it's concentrated but way way to salty for my taste. It is overwhelming
