Vegetarian Vitamin C Capsules for those that don
My first impression of the Peak Performance Raw Whole Food Vitamin C capsules was the packaging. I appreciate that VITAMIN C is labeled large and in all caps. The Peak Performance brand product packaging is similar across the products, and I think it makes my medicine cabinet look nice and uniformed. I never have to try too hard to figure out which pill bottle I am grabbing. I also noticed that this product was made in the USA from acerola cherries which I thought was very nice. What I like best about this product is that these are veggie capsules only containing the vitamins and necessary nutrients. The Peak Performance Raw Whole Food Vitamin C capsules are different and better than others out there because it is ethically sourced, made in the USA, containing vegetarian ingredients to help absorb the Vitamin C. Peak Performance is a good brand choice because it is based out of the USA and the products are all made with quality ingredients.

Best Form of Vitamin C
Not sure what to say here, as it's naturally-obtained, whole food, vitamin C, which is known to be the most bio-available form of it, which is why we take it. Never noticed any negative side affects of taking it and only do so as part of our normal, healthy-minded supplementation regimen, to ensure optimal health and nutrition. Tor the price, it's hard to beat this option. We've purchased it for years and will continue to do so.

Low dosage
Just FYI… you have to take 3 capsules to equal 500 mg. But acerola is the best!

better Vitamin C product
Most vitamin C that you purchase is just ascorbic acid- in order for ascorbic acid to be effective it needs six other nutrients to work and become useable vitamin C, which it takes from your system. This product has whole vitamin C which is how you would get it if you ate raw fruits. This product is made from raw form and capsulized. So far it has been the best vitamin C supplement I have used so far.
