Has worked pretty well.
Taking some time to get used to the different setting. The preheat function sometimes causes some issues compared to our older air fryer. Noise level is not horrible compared to others. The look fits well in the kitchen. Functionality can be a little confusing if you don’t take the time to really read into everything it can do. Overall been happy with it.

What a machine
Now this is what I'm talking about. Very sturdy heavy duty. Cooks faster than any airfryer I've ever had. Perfect balance. I am extremely impressed

Awesome air fryer, my 2nd time purchasing!
Missing one of the mesh racks. When I try to message amazon it says they don’t replace parts. Fortunately, I contacted Nuwave and they are sending replacement rack for me. Kudos to the manufacturer for backing their product. Rep was very friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd purchase of this item. Love it. My first one lasted 4 years of daily, sometimes multiple times in a day of use, my old one a piece broke on the door.Cooking: I turn temp down less than you would cook in other air fryers and always use the 1500 watt setting. Yes I’ve roasted a 5lb chicken and turned out beautifully! I’ve made everything in this! Even hard cooked my eggs!

Uneven cooking.
I bought a powerxl 10 qt from Walmart for $80 and that thing was awesome. I’d still be rocking with that one but i pushed it back on my stove top and it turned on the burner and burned a hole in the bottom. Walmarts been outta stock so I bought this one. My old one cooked evenly and thats what I expected with this one, as it costs more money.I mainly do wings in air fryers and thought this 15 qt would do more. It doesn’t, and it kinda sucks if I’m being blunt. I can fit the same amount of wings in this 15 qt as my old 10 qt, but it also takes up way more space. The next bummer about this thing is that the timer won’t start until it’s reached it preheat temp. It takes a while for it to preheat, and not long for it to lose its temp…this is a huge problem for the next major con I have with this air fryer, but we’ll get into that later. So really, you have to use a different timer like a microwave or your phone because every time you open the door it’s going to preheat again and you’re not going to want to watch it preheat just so you can use the timer. The next major flaw is that it hardly cooks anything not on the top rack. I can finish the top rack of wings in about 16 minutes, but the bottom 2 racks look as raw as they did in the packaging after 30+ min. So, every 8 minutes you’ll have to come flip your top racked wings, and once they’re done you have to move the next rack up and start from the very beginning because they’re still so raw. Remember how I said that preheat/timer feature is trash? Well every time you open the oven, it’s going to have to preheat again (makes sense) but for a shorter amount of time…and if you’re not paying attention, the timer will count down and turn it off if you didn’t set the timer.I guess the pro to this monster is that it cooks the top rack very fast lol.I want to sell mine and go back to old reliable. I went on marketplace and typed in air fryer to see if someone was selling my old air fryer (Walmarts been out for a month now) and I saw a TON of this model on there..not only is marketplace full of this model, but the average price is around $50 for something I paid nearly $200 for.I know what it’s like looking at bad reviews and thinking “this person just seems like one of those people no one can satisfy”…I’m not that kinda reviewer. This unit is huge but only sufficient for top rack cooking or maybe rotisserie (idk, never tried to cook with it).

Game changer
I wasn't sure I needed an air fryer but when my convection toaster oven finally died, I thought this might be a good replacement. I'm so glad I took the leap! I use this more than any other appliance (outside of the coffee maker!). The first thing I tried was toast. LOL But I ended to know if it was going to do the job of my dead toaster. Some users have complained that it doesn't toast well. It does great, just not in the traditional way. I pre-heat it for a few minutes while cutting my bread and then put it on sear. After a few minutes, flip the bread! Now you will get a nice toasting on both sides.Next up, rotisserie chicken. This is a total game changer. It could not be easier. The hardest part is finding a small chicken (no more than 4 pounds). But wow is this delicious and it does not take long!We use the rotisserie basket to do our fries as then you don't have to shake and rearrange them to get them crispy. The pre-programmed functions are super helpful and take the guesswork out of converting a recipe. I use the programs for sausage, brats, bacon, and various veggies (we sous vide so I do not use the grill feature).Oh yes - bacon. So quick and easy! I do line the bottom tray with foil just to make clean up a bit easier but I will never do bacon any other way.On the note of cleanup - I agree with other reviews, clean it ASAP! I find it much easier to keep everything clean if I do so as soon as the unit cools off. I will generally toss the mesh trays in a sink of hot water and then use a kitchen brush to get any baked on stuff off. Only then do they go in the dishwasher. Same with the bottom tray.Make sure to remove and stuck on food prior to putting in the dishwasher. Use a clean rag to wipe down the inside (important so you don't get buildup). One of my favorite things about cleanup on this unit is that the door comes off easily. Yes, others complain about this but once you see how it operates and you know how to open and close it properly, the fact that you can take it off to clean far outweighs the issue of it being easy to come off. No more crumbs caught in the crack! And as an added bonus, the glass can be removed as well if necessary (I have not had to do so yet). This is a fairly large unit so take measurements. that's the only real "con" I can think of!
