If only 2150 mg omega-3s out of the total of 4500 mg fish oil, what is the ingredient of the rest of the content?

The 4500mg is the total fish oil amount. Fish oil has a percentage of Omegas in it. They are then giving you a measurement of the amount of Omegas in that amount of fish oil. It is just like supplements which have turmeric in them give you a measurement of the curcumins (or active properties) are found within it.
