These little strips were a pleasant surprise. They are gentle enough that they shouldn't damage the enamel, yet strong enough to bleach your teeth a shade or two whiter.They need to be worn daily for 14 days for around 20 minutes at a time. They are a bit messy, but taste surprisingly nice (not sure if that's necessarily a good thing).If you're looking for Hollywood levels of tooth whiteness, forget it, but for gently whitening teeth these appear to be a safe and effective method.
