The product is good but delivery items very poor condition

5:22 pmMy rating is 4 to this product. I had used two Wed grinders, which was from coimbatore based wet Grinder Manufacturing Company Only. I'm coimbatrorien, so this time also I bought this wet Grinder from coimbatore. This product is value for money, but only one thing I was totally disappointed was three Back screws of the product was unscrewed inside the box when I took the product out from the box. So somewhere the quality of the product is dropped that is the only drawback I could see with this product and rest of the things are fine. This product is value for money. You can buy.

Needed a cheap occasional use wet grinder.Found bad reviews for damage in transport. So called thus company and got clarification and he assured good packing.Indeed packing was good, no damage and all items inside as committed.Motor is fairly capable and grounded 6 cups of rice and urad and took exactly 20 minutes for dosa consistency.No spatula, no timer but from ₹2500 it's asking for too much.The coconut scraper attachment is not that great and takes long time to get the task done but got used to and I scrap 3 coconuts at a time for 1 week usage.Not tried the dough kneeding attachment yet.Used it on coconut gravy grinding. Here again it excels for fine grinding.Happy with the purchase since saved 2500 on a similar product. It's slightly underpowered but still practical for use who make idli / Dosa batter once a week.Compared to our regular mixi grinder for Dosa batter. This is far superior.

The media could not be loaded. Not a good one mine failed within two years. When opened was shocked and unhappy to see its not copper wiring motor but aluminium with brown paint on it. Think twice before purchase everyone knows copper wiring motors are best

Packaging : Very goodDelivery : On time and done efficiently without any product damage, since it weighted more than 12 Kgs.Product : Very good, nicely packed, runs smoothly and grinds well.Suggestions :1. A product user video on youtube or at the manufacturer site will be helpful for first time user, specially for coconut shredder and atta mixer.2. A plastic spatula or a spoon can be provided for taking out and managing the batter.3. There is no power consumption chart given for this product. We really don't know how much of power !4. There is no manufacturer product warranty card along-with the product - whereas product warranty is mentioned on the box by the manufacturer.

Worthbul

This grinder was given to my friend's family as gift and they very much because of the performance of this.The quality of the motor is very good because it runs more than an hour the motor not get heated. Very much worth for money
