My son has been missing gym during this pandemic.He has been exercising at home and had been looking at pushup boards and differnt stuff.I was struggling for birthday ideas so thought fitness products.He was well happy with the quality of this board good rubberised handles which gives a great grip and keeps board very stable.He uses on a daily basis.Great its so compact folds up and stored in bag.Comes complete with all the exercises you can do he can do a complete training program and keeps part of his day busy.Also very fast delivery as I left it to last minute making decisions.No complaints or faults whatsoever

A very good and easy to use product. It's size and ease of set-up encourages use more than a lot of simple home gym equipment pieces. The grips are pretty comfortable as well.I have found that certain positions can be a little less secure than others, many close-grip holds wobble or lean slightly, which doesn't affect the use much, but can feel a touch unsettling. Also, a couple of the colour codes are just plain wrong. Not a deal breaker, but a little odd.

Always had trouble with push ups. This makes it so much easier. I can feel the different muscles working with the different placements of the handles.The colours make it easy to know which holes the handles need to go in. The handles go in easily and are simple to swap around.Folds small for easy packing away and with being light weight makes it easy to transport.

My son follows Frank merano on Instagram and he's always doing these different style press ups to target different muscle groups.My son is a big fan so I got him this and a set of resistance bands so he can replicate it.He was slightly sceptical at first but after the first use he woke up and cpufeel it in his shoulders.A couple of weeks later he's a definite believer and has asked me to get some longer resistance bands.It folds in half for easy, storage.It also comes with a full training schedule and diagrams and instructions to get you started.

Not the best quality plastic but achieves what it set out to do which is to provide various press-up positions. A mate has one which is more sturdy so that’s my benchmark. His was also a mass produced item but alas no branding to share here...

This product is great for home workouts, the handles are very sturdy, they don't feel loose in the board. It also folds so it's nice and easy to store or carry, and despite this the board still feels fairly sturdy.

Gifted to my 18 year old son for Christmas. He’s happy with it, uses it as part of his fitness. He’s a big lad into fitness and he said he gets a good work out from it. You just have to be careful so the the handles don’t displace.

Brill did a little push up session last night and found it really easy to use.The handles make it super easy for me to grip as I have difficulty putting my hand flat to floor because of nerve damage.The different colour coding tells you what muscle group you working on which is great .
