Works as advertised!
I was just about to order a second bottle when I saw the average review was 3 stars! When I read the reviews, most people were complaining about the packaging and leakage but they didn't say anything about the effectiveness. I want to let you know that this product works amazingly. I've struggled for years with nervous sweating and the instant I started sweating, my underarms would smell bad AND my clothing would smell. This product eliminated both of those things! I use it as directed spraying on clean skin and then leaving on overnight. It does irritate my skin, meaning I'm a bit itchy for a day or so, but that inconvenience is well worth it considering I basically don't sweat anymore and I have no underarm odor. If I'm at all concerned about odor, I'll use a bit of deodorant. I can't speak for everyone but using this product has been life changing. I'm purchasing a new bottle and I hope not to have issues with leakage or packaging.

Incredible.
I perspire. A lot. I cannot describe how bad and embarrassing it is. It can be 25 degrees and I’m sweating. I’ve tried every prescription strength anti-perspirant to be had. For men and women. Nothing works. Enter Odaban. I was cautiously optimistic. It works, and well. I only need it twice a week. I no longer use any anti-perspirant or deodorant. There’s no sweat and no smell. The truest test so far has been a seven mile hike. My arm pits were as dry as a desert and odorless. I am a grave yard worker. So I just do the opposite of the instructions and apply before bed which just happens to be morning for me, then wash off when I wake up in the evening. I must apply with cotton pads. I tried directly spraying on once and I had redness and irritation, which did subside a few hours after washing off. My only complaint is that it does cause quite a strange feeling after application. Slightly warm and tingly. It can make getting to sleep a little difficult, and I’m sure this will eventually give me cancer...but we all die sometime, right? If it’s not working for you. You are doing it wrong. The location of application must be bone dry. If you read from the products home page, you will learn far more. If there is any moisture or you apply too much you create a complete blockage and not a partial blockage. The complete blockage bursts sooner and normal sweating will resume. Less is truly more. One spray is all it should take for an armpit; to get that to spread use cotton wool or a make up round. Use a little baby powder before and after if you need to ensure the area is and stays dry. Remember chemistry is happening where you apply this. The aluminum and skin proteins must mix to make a partial plug so sweating stops and if you use too much or your skin is wet, even slightly damp, it won’t work.

This stuff is amazing!!!
UPDATE! 8/11/25 ok So I did a test over the last week and a couple days, using no deodorant. I used the Odaban that first night and it held up 4 or 5 days before I started developing a slight odor in my pits lol. NO deodorant or antiperspirant this whole time. And I only used ONE spray per pit. No sweating either until that day 4/5. I used it again on day 5, again at night. I don’t recall having any itchiness that time, also one spray per. it was REALLY hot the last few days, especially today. Lots of sweating except my under arms. No smell still. I LOVE THIS STUFF!! I don’t know if I will even go back to using deodorant, since I usually wear perfume anyway. Seems like I will be able to get away with using it just once a week for now. I absolutely recommend this! OH and yes I showered during my test week+ lol. Just no deodorant or antiperspirant. All I used was Odaban. I’d give it 100 stars if I could! Jury is still out. This is my first night using it and OMG THE ITCHING!! Driving me insane! 😧 Will update as I use it more.

Good product but aim carefully
I was using sweat block wipes for several years before trying this odaban product. This works every bit as well and while it doesn't smell all that great before bed it's no worse than sweat block which adds a cloves type of smell to mask it. Anyway the product itself works well but the three issues I had are 1) expensive, 2) the spray bottle stopped working properly even with several ounces still remaining, it all but stopped spraying, and 3) be super careful with the spray bottle's aim, there's really little to indicate the actual direction of it, particularly in dim lighting conditions before bed for example when I was applying it underarms, the nozzle is white on white and recessed, it's also small enough to where a minor change in the aim may find yourself wishing you had left your glasses on. It may be worth it to buy a different spray bottle for this and transfer it. Edit: I did repurchase this product but picked up some JJUNW 4 PCS 50ml bottles with the rollers in them to apply it under the arms before bed. I feel like that's a superior option vs the spray bottle.

If Antiperspirants were Miracles, this would be Jesus Walking on Water (--- Dry Water)
Forgive me for the overly excited, long commentary. Like many reviewing this product, I suffer from hyperhidrosis. The slightest exertion, nervousness, a little warm temperature (anything over 70F), and I'm sweating like others may sweat in a sauna. I'm very reluctant to jump to a conclusion about this product as I only recently received it and I've only applied it twice. The first time, I forgot to apply it the night before, but thought - why not? - and applied it to my underarm area the next morning along with my regular deodorant/anti-perspirant just to see how my skin reacted (I have very sensitive skin usually, so I was concerned, but desperate). I didn't experience any irritation or burning and noticed the sweating was significantly reduced. One interesting thing I noticed was while walking down a hall leaving my workplace was the smell of fresh laundry. I was so jealous of the people in the hallway with me who end their days still smelling fresh. I went and ran several errands and noticed that although I felt a bit hot (it was about 100F outside temperature) I wasn't as wet as I usually would get, just a little damp under the armpits. When I got home, I had dinner and then sat to watch TV --- and I could smell that fresh smell again. IT WAS ME!!! It was my shirt that smelled like fresh laundry. Having had no negative reaction to the product and having obvious results immediately, I applied the product as directed to my underarms the next night. I also applied a little around my hair line and on my head (very little in case of negative reaction). I had a very slight feeling of alcohol burning my skin on the head application, but it lasted only for a second and stopped. No problem at all with that. The next morning, I used my regular deodorant/anti-perspirant after showering like normal (scrubbing of the pits and all) and decided to take a risk. I grabbed a gray shirt. Yes - a gray shirt. If you have hyperhidrosis you know this is a forbidden color as the smallest drop of sweat will show, but I really wanted to know if this product worked for me or not. I continued my morning routine and had a bit of a hectic morning - you know the ones --- you walked out without your coffee/wallet/keys and keep going back and forth from your car to your house. Well, I started sweating a little on my head then. Normally, my hair becomes a total wreck and I just show up wherever I'm going looking like I left my hair wet after a shower. This time, I just had a bit of wetness on my head that quickly dried when I got comfy in my car with the AC going. I also have seasonal type allergies which will set off a sneezing fit. I used to joke about how I'd look like Julia Roberts after her seizure in Steel Magnolias when I'd have an attack (sweaty, hair everywhere, and generally hopeless looking). Well, I had an attack on the way to work. Not a drop of sweat. I recovered from the attack feeling a bit flushed, but not sweaty. UNBELIEVABLE. I've been in the grey shirt for almost 5 hours. I haven't had much exertion, but even so, I'd normally already have large wet spots under my arms by this time. There isn't even a spot. Not a drop. Totally dry. My hair is still mostly how it was when I first styled it this morning. I'm so excited I've been walking around with my arms raised away from my body with a feeling of "Go ahead... look at my DRY pits!" I can still smell my laundry detergent. Prior to trying this product, I used prescription Hypercare and even tried glycopyrrolate under the recommendation of my Dermatologist. The glycopyrrolate side effects were too severe and the benefit too little. The Hypercare applicator just came apart after the first three uses, making it difficult and it didn't seem to work well (possibly because of all the application problems). I also always kept a change of clothes, just in case and would regularly reapply deodorants/anti-perspirants throughout the day in hopes of staying a bit dryer and not smelling. I feel like I may finally be done with all of that and my life is forever changed.

Works but costly
Antiperspirant spray works well. Does not have an artificial scent added, smells slightly like a chemical but not bad. Use after shower at night and it reduces sweat the next day. Though I am happy with the product, it's very spendy for the amount you get and the last 2 purchases arrived damaged and leaking. Please find a better way to package the product. I am willing to pay $20 for 1oz --if it works, but not when it leaks and I don't receive a full bottle. Overall this is a good product, the price is too high, and I'm frustrated with the quality of the packaging/shipment.

This stuff works!!!
I have dealt with facial sweating for all of my adult life. Typically triggered by stress but also just out of no where, physical exertion and of course hot weather! It’s very embarrassing and the thought of others watching my face dripping with sweat would just make the problem even worse. I had a summer wedding to attend and unfortunately it was being held outdoors. I just knew the combination of my makeup and sweat was going to be a disaster, but I tried the Odoban and IT WORKED!!! Now please be aware, this DOES take a few applications to “build up” in the area that you have the excessive sweat. Use it at night, on clean, dry skin. For my facial sweating, I found the best way to apply is: to put on a disposable glove, very lightly spray 2-3 times on the tip of my pointer/middle finger and then to dab my face in the problem areas. Remember you just want to dab a very small amount, because it does itch. I have found that if my face gets really itchy after application, putting a bit of baby powder over the area helps. In the morning, I was my face as usual. Again, you will need to apply this a few times, at night, in a row to get the full effect. At this point, for me, I can do one or two applications in a row, every month to 1.5 months. I hope you try this and I really hopes this helps you stop the sweat!!
