Beach/Lawn Game- 4 Player Economy Bocce Ball Set with Carry Case by FunStuff

Looked everywhere at the beach (in Destin) for this set but apparently they dont sell them anywhere so I simply had amazon deliver it to the Condo we were staying at. We have a lawn Bocce Ball set but for the sand this set can't be beat as they are light enough for kids to play and still roll a tad.My only small complaint is since they are light and have water inside I did have a set bust once, but it wasn't this set and my guess is they sat outside in the hot sun all day before they were played with which didn't help. Wish they were a tad more durable but I think they will last for a beach set and are mostly perfect. Definitely buy before you go to the beach or have them delivered to your hotel/airbnb/condo as they are a great family activity.

Little smaller that ones I have used in the past

Nice for the price paid. I didn’t feel like spending $40 on a set that I was only using for me and my friends to use. They did dent a little bit when first used, but as I continued playing it went back to the normal shape. I like the balls being smaller since it’s easier to use, and the black ball is much better to use than the white one in other sets. I would buy if you aren’t a serious player and looking for something cheap to have fun with.

We played bocce ball this weekend when we had 25 family members over. They enjoyed the game. The balls are perfect size for both adults and children. The balls are slightly smaller than other bocce sets I have used in the past but they are perfect. I like the vibrant colors of the balls. They are high quality and seem like they will last a long time.

Like others, I should have read the description better. The balls are cheap plastic, smaller than standard. They are apparently filled with water, but the sides of the balls can flex in when pressed. It's OK for a kid's toy, but not a durable set you'd enjoy using over a long period.

I was thinking they would be like normal bocce balls but they are not. Plastic, softer and smaller, but I am actually glad about that after having played with them. Won't hurt as bad if they hit your foot if you are playing on the beach. They have a little bounce to them too. Nice carrying case to bring down to the beach.

Found it hard to believe this fit in my mailbox when it said it was delivered - be warned - this is a mini version of bocce ball and nothing like I have ever played with before - the balls appear very lightweight and feel cheap through the plastic wrap- if you read the description, it’s states:Please note, its a recreational quality set and not a regulation set. If you want an affordable set that will work as advertised, this is for you!So what the heck is ‘recreational quality set’?? - I’ll tell you what it is, it’s a company purposely deceiving the buyer and should state it is a miniature version- for comparison, these balls are at most 2.5” in diameter and a regular ball is 4.2, and they are also not filled completely with whatever solid material is in them (I can compress them through the plastic wrap-so would likely wobble or not even roll straight -See picture)So buyer beware l, if you want a mini version for maybe young kids this will work, if you have ever played bocce even with a cheap set, you will be disappointed! I am and will be returning it

These are okay for kids to play with but not for any serious play at all. Cheap plastic clamshell carrier arrived broken so one ball falls out. Not that it matters because the carrier is very difficult to get into. Balls all have a flat spot where they were stacked or crated together with other sets. Like I said, if kids are going to dink around with them on the yearly beach trip then they're probably fine for that if you just want something cheap. Otherwise, upgrade to a better set.
