This is the only protein my daughter will use. There is hardly any smell to it. It tastes like berries, not bad. It is not as thick as the pre work out one they make so its easy to swallow. This protein has all the ingredients I was looking for and more. You do feel the difference through out the day if you take it rather than not so I find it effective. Value for the money is another thing. It is a bit on the pricey side but the results, taste, and ease of use make it worth it.

Not a bad product...only been using it for a week though.
I was using a pre-workout that had alot of niacin in it, this stuff doesn't "hit" as hard...but it's not a bad pre. I like that there really is no "crash" from it...at least not for me. I only knocked one star off simply because of the taste...not a fan of the taste.It is nice to have the ready to go packaging, simple rip and drink!

Works For Real
It works. I’m a roughneck, I work on an oil rig 12hrs a day. I take this 30 min prior to getting off and I’m ready to slang that iron around in the weight room 100%

Super convenient preworkout
I absolutely love these. They are very convenient to throw in my work bag, no mess, and gives me the energy I need to hit my workout after my work day. I love that they’re caffeine free because I drink a ton of caffeine through the day.

Leaks when traveling
I love the contents in this product and how it helps me perform. However, each time I’ve bought this and either have it in my back pocket during a run or a bike ride or I pack it in plastic bags no less individually for a race it always leaks. It’s beyond frustrating because I’ve had to continually rinse off the packages and let them dry. If it happened once I could understand maybe it was a fluke, but it happened several times.
