Core Balance Assisted Pull Up Bands Resistance Strength Training Natural Latex (Light to Extra Heavy)

I use these for warming up my shoulder muscles prior to a workout and they are perfect and light enough to allow a great range of movement.

Bought this almost a year ago and none have snapped. Been using these for assisted pull ups, they’re really good. For reference I am a 5’3 53kg woman.

The resistant band was black and is now light grey. Whilst this does not bother me aesthetically it does make me surmise that it’s integrity and strength may diminished and I question its quality.

Light to heavy band does the job appears tough

Arrived today, more than a week earlier than expected due to current situation and I am so far very impressed. The bands were well packaged, nicely presented in colour coded wraps. All bands appear and feel heavy duty and fit for purpose. I am very pleased I ordered the set of 4 as the different widths offer great workout variation and after only a few hours I am looking forward to further enjoying using the bands. From the information E booklet to the bands themselves, the impression of Core Balance is very good indeed. I only hold back from 5 stars as I need to test the bands with body weight exercises. I am pretty confident they will be up to the job. Great first impressions

The product description said these come in as pack of 4. I only got one and have complained to the seller. They seem to have corrected the advert to show exactly what you get, and by way of compensation, sent me a full set of bands, which is what I thought I was originally buying. The customer service team were quick, responsive and did the right thing.All the bands are quality ones and look really durable. They are great for numerous exercises with a great range of strengths.

My resistance band finally arrived today. There were delays to my delivery which is understandable in the current environment we're living in. I used it straight away and I love it. It will serve it's purpose until my gym reopens, but I will continue to use it over the summer as I prefer to exercise outside (if we ever get out of lockdown that is and that's dependent on everyone following the government guidelines --- please). I have no hesitation in recommending this seller and I will be buying more products as I need them.

Using it to learn assisted body pull ups - so far so good. It is so strong I can’t get my foot in for a straight leg pull up, but I can get my knee in and pull up on a bar from there (hammer hold). Focusing on slow eccentrics (lowering slowly) to build that initial strength.
