So I love coffee. I go to all types of coffee shops and I drink it through out the day. While I knew of death wish coffee, I had not heard of their blend Valhalla java. Since i was restocking my coffee while coming across it, I felt from the name I had to try it. The packaging is easy and keeps it fresh. How the cups are designed to ensure you are having fresh coffee do not use a k cup storing device with these. You will be sad with stale coffee. Now I do like how they designed their k cups, this allows the coffee to do a brewing similar to older/ more traditional style coffee makers that say the Keurig. You can smell the smooth rich blend when you open the bag, which is that nice delightful wake you up coffee scent. Now for the taste. I will honestly say I was excited to try this blend because the beans are grown on a side of a volcano. Every coffee I have had where their beans were grown on a volcano side I have loved. This is no different. It is smooth and easy on the stomach. This coffee is rich in flavor but doesn't have any bitter after taste. While I use cream and sugar in my coffee, I don't need a lot with this coffee, and those things added just enhance it. Too much cream and sugar would diminish the wonderful flavor. I am definitely adding this coffee to my regular purchases. Because everyone is different when it comes to coffee I will say this. This is a strong brew and you can tell when you drink it, but it is not harsh like some bold/strong brew coffee out there. If you prefer weak coffees this may be too strong for you. If you have stomach acid reflux or a sensitive stomach you with enjoy the smoothness of this coffee, and unless you have a severe case it shouldn't bother your stomach.

Rich. Strong but smooth. The best of 40 pod coffees we have tried. The company themselves does not sell a box with this many pods. Getting these from Amazon is the way to get the greatest deal. Our Keurig allows me to make it stronger so my main coffee each day is to make this with 12 ounces and the strongest setting. I am a snobby as a coffee drinker can get. I don’t generally drink that overcooked coffee from the green place. This is really great coffee.

I haven't drunk a lot of Death Wish Coffee, but on the advice of a co-worker, I bought the Valhalla Java and was very pleasantly surprised. The coffee was strong without being bitter, just an excellent cup of coffee. I highly recommend it.

Pretty delicious... It is also quite strong. It has a little bit of a nutty taste, which is why I gave it a four instead of a five. I think it is great for a "pick-me-up," and it is nice to have a little variety instead of the Death Wish dark brew every day... Good!

WOW I saw this coffee when grocery shopping and decided to try it. I am so over grocery store coffee it's all so the same and just eh. Wow this coffee is good, and I mean really good. It's the coffee I have been missing for so. long and amazon offers some different flavors than I can find locally. I also recommend if your coffee maker has a bold button use that with this coffee. BOOM! Amazing coffee

It has great taste, smells great while and after brewing and was very affordable. I wish they carried this in the stores as well as all the other flavors.

So I decided to try this for the days I don't feel like the mega dose of caffeine death wish gives. It's not a cheap product so if you are after any old swill that will save you money, this isnt for you. Now if you want something that is flavorful with a kick, you found the right coffee. I drink my coffee black, this isnt bitter at all. It manages to be full without tasting burned. Will purchase again.

This is a rich and strong coffee, perfect for my mornings when I need a good wake-up. I'd buy this again. although I'll use it sparingly, as it's personally a bit on the expensive side for my pocket. :)

Fantastic coffee! Great flavour. Strong without being bitter. The only downfall is that it's roughly triple what I would normally spend so it's what I brew when I only have time for one cup in the morning.

If you havent tried this coffee you might want to hold out on buying so many but if you have tried it then you know that ita great coffee. With that said everybody is different but this is hands down my favorite coffee. Also found the delivey was quick

Great tasting coffee, can't tell that there is 4x the caffeine in it from the flavor
