Bought Oct 1. Delivered Oct 4. Noticed this ...
Bought Oct 1. Delivered Oct 4. Noticed this split today. I have sat on the ball a handful of times and the seam is splitting? I weigh 210 pounds and 5'11. As you see, the return date closed Nov 3 and I can't seem to find company contact info for Safco. Guess I'll deflate it and sew it myself. 155 dollars my ass!

Ball chair is so over priced and the pump was broken when arrived.
I bought the ball chair thingy so that it can help with my sitting for hours at my desk. My other chair is not always comfortable so this was an ergonomic solution. It's also sold like that. Now what concerns me is when you get the chair (see pic), it is saying do not use it as a full time task chair, sore muscles and strain?! HUH??.Why would they not tell you this BEFORE you spend 144 dollars + tax on this thingy? Seriously. Not OKAY SAFCOACTIVE people?! Why would you market it, spend time doing these 'marketing' videos then put a warning label like that -- SO SO MISLEADING!I absolutely don't think the chair is worth the price I paid for it. I will test it out for a week or two. It's literally a thick mesh, with a twisty thing built in, and a cheap plastic ball inside and this is OVER PRICED retail. They are one of few companies who make this type of ball chair, it's made in CHINA and resell it for 144 dollars + tax. Then tell you that you shouldn't use it as a full time task ball. Huh?!Pump was broken and not packed well when it arrived. Was moving all around inside the box. The break was even enough I super glued it and used it. I didn't want to wait another week to return it, but they should package it better with bubble wrap for the money spent on this thing.GENERAL COMFORT:The ball is more like a dome ball shape, mushroom and so it kinda sticks up your bottom a bit, and more narrow than using a regular ball for support. If you have a wider bottom, I'm not sure how comfortable it is for longer periods of time. I find myself moving naturally side to side or twisting as I use it because the dome shape kinda isn't that comfortable. Also, I inflated the ball harder because I don't want to keep popping the bottom off to inflate it each time it loses air, so I added a bit more air so it lasts longer. I will see how much I have to actually inflate it as I use it.I tried to deflate the ball some after I put the bottom twistie part on and let me tell you I cannot for the life of me get that thing off. I tried to remove it and pry it off like instructed with screwdriver, anyways this thing will not budge. CRAZINESS. I can't even take the bottom off to deflate it and send it back....Again, the whole reason I originally bought it because it is marketed as an 'ergonomic' desk chair but then the warning label is contradictory.Again, will test it out and see how I like it after using it for a week or two. I will update my review.

The best ball chair I've tried.
I've had it a couple weeks now. Getting the ball inflated just right was a bit of an experiment. The ball is bigger than you'd think it would be and my initial instinct had been to force as much of the ball above the base as possible, but then the ball would sort of shift from use and become a bit topsy turvey. If you push just enough of the ball above the base to firmly fill the mesh and leave the remainder to bulge into the base and inflate until quite firm (they really need better instructions), the ball will not shift. It takes some getting used to as you are using muscles you are likely not used to (I was definitely sore for a couple days). Now; after getting it inflated just right I have to say I love it. It wont roll around the office; is small enough to tuck under my desk if my back gets tired and I want to use a regular desk chair. The swivel makes it a breeze to sit on/get up which can be ridiculous with a yoga ball or with those ball chairs on casters and this is less bulky by far. This thing is great, and it looks nice enough to not be silly in the office.

Worth the money!!
This chair was very easy to put together and inflate. It is very comfortable to sit on. It's a great height for my desk. I love the red color. I bought a less expensive vivora ball and after trying multiple times to inflate it to full size with no success, I just sent it back. It shouldn't be that difficult. This one took 10 minutes to set up and inflate (using an air mattress pump for most of the air, then finishing off with hand pump to adjust comfort). It's worth noting that the hand pump that came with this is of very high quality! Overall, amazing purchase. Couldn't be happier.

My hips and legs are saved!
My hips and legs were stiff and sore from sitting on an office chair all day, and it was affecting ability to run not to mention my quality of life. Stability ball chairs were showing up in the office, and I found this unique design so I bought it not knowing if I'd like it. I've been sitting on it for 8+ hours a day now for 3 days and I am in love with this thing. Thinking of buying several and placing them all over my house-haha! Cool looking, and very comfortable. A++++++

Great for my back
I sit at my desk seven days a week, often late into the evening. I was suffering from back problems that were no doubt due in part to sitting in a chair all day. This chair really helped relieve the pressure off the bottom of my spine, and it makes you engage your core so that you build strength, as well. I had read great reviews but still wasn't sure it was going to be worth the money. After having this a couple of months, I can say I'm extremely happy with it and wouldn't go back to a regular chair.

Good idea but not the product
Tried ... Not conducive for longer sitting/working hours. The product cannot be adjusted to height and that is a big minus since if your foot is not properly rested on floor its not a good sitting posture. Material was durable but got pretty warm on sitting even for a few minutes. NO wheels is another minus, was aware of this when I bought the product but realized how inconvenient it is only after using.Great idea though, wish it was as good to use as it looks.

Easy to assemble.
I purchased this chair for my severely autistic daughter. It was very easy to assemble. The only thing I needed was a screwdriver as it comes with the pump. Instructions were very simple and easy to follow. I think it took about 6 minutes to put together. At first I was skeptical about filling the ball with the accompanying pump but it really does work well. For the chair itself, the material is soft and seems breathable. When sitting it requires the use of core muscles which will be great for my daughter's bad posture. It is also great for rocking from side to side which she often does. We are pretty happy with our purchase at the moment. The color is also great and pops in a room.

Pretty comfy
Very cool looking. This seats keeps you doing a little bit of exercise for your midsection, which is great for long hours seating. I wish it was a little bit taller, or had the option to increase the height. Overall I like it.

It's a ball, it's a chair, it's a ball-chair!
If you want a chair that's cute but also a ball, this is the chair for you. I like that I can tuck it under my desk when I'm not using it. I got the red one and it's adorable. I use it for a few hours in the middle of my work day alternating with my old office chair and it helped my lower back a lot.

Helped when I had sore tailbone
I would like if there was room to store the inflator in the bottom.
