The GBD watch is large enough to see yet not bulky to wear. I was very impressed with the time in between charging-the battery held the charge. The graphics are easy to see and understand; operation of the watch involves a quick touch of the face to move from reading to reading. The band is comfortable and even looks good! I highly recommend this watch as a daily living tool.

I have measured the heart rate and BP against my BP cuff and it seems to be way off for those functions. I haven't measured it against steps yet to determine how accurate that is. For the cost, it seems okay. Connecting to your phone to know when you have a new incoming call and text is okay, but it also vibrates every time my phone has notifications for anything else so it isn't very useful. I also noticed it loses connection when I sleep and arm is just under pillow less than 3 ft from the watch. That was too annoying to use the feature while sleeping so gave that up after 1 night.
