Good product/ terrible quantity fulfillment
The product is fine and works well for my use. The problem is twice I have not received the quantities ordered. I am currently finding not only are there 6 less bottles and 1 less top, the previous order was missing 11 tops. Not sure how quality control is handled? Between the two orders I will hopefully have enough bottles and tops for my use☹️

Wrong Color Caps!
Making my favors for my wedding...Love the bottles! The 120 quantity came with the wrong color caps (black) and I needed gold. How can we resolve this?! 🙃

Leaky Caps = Wasted Product
I use little bottles like these for syrup for my business. I have never had an issue with these from another seller, but this seller offered a larger quantity and I figured it'd be the same quality. I am paying for that mistake. These caps don't fit correctly and even when you think you have them on, they are not sealed. I bottled 30 syrups and they didn't survive the trip to the market...every single bottle leaked and I not only couldn't sell them, but lost all my product because of it. To make sure it wasn't user error, I tried again and had my daughter and my husband help as well. Then we laid the bottles on their side, because inevitably one will fall over, and within a few minutes there was syrup everywhere. I am so incredibly disappointed. Order from someone else, because these are absolute garbage.

Good bottles wrong caps.
The bottles appear to be in great shape so far. No obvious damage found on any of them.The caps are the wrong color. I was charged extra for the gold caps and was sent the cheaper black caps. Please advise on how this will be remedied? I need the gold caps.

Arrived in poor contition.
Received incorrect number of bottles. All tossed in a bag, Scratched up & a few were crushed.
