Same company as the vitamin C I take due to its absorption technology. Not gonna lie, the taste is not pleasant but I just open squirt into mouth and have a chaser drink. Easy and quick that way and the taste is only for a few seconds. It has your B vitamins essential to good health and added minerals. Very important to get all B vitamins. The taste is absolutely terrible. I have to hold my nose when I take it. It also caused my tummy to be upset the first few times I used it but seems to be getting better. I'd still recommend the product, just based on the fact that the absorbancy is high and I do feel like I have a lot more energy than usual.

Great way to get B vitamins. Has dramatically improved my recovery from exercise & racing. Both my husband I take one packet daily along with the Vit C version, Tumeric version, and Nano Greens. These packets don't taste great, so putting them in water and with something delicious like NanoGreens, which is also an incredible product, makes the whole experience yummy and healthy
