Doctor told us we needed daily fiber. We did research. MyFy had it all. Product mixed really well in water. And I add it to my tea too. Zero grit, like so many others have. We also used it to bake brownies (yes, we learned we can cook w it too!). Kids have no idea they are getting their dose of fiber! We are on our 3rd bottle and really have to say the product works. Zero stomach discomfort. Which other brands gave us.

My husband uses it daily.

I use this in my coffee every day! It dissolves almost instantly and there is ZERO grit or flavor after mixing. I have used this for years and love it!

It has helped my husband’s prebiotic work better I think. Less tummy troubles but not a cure.

I chose this fiber supplement specifically because it's soluble and claims to be tasteless. The good news is that it does completely dissolve into whatever we put it into, including juices, broths, straight water and even seltzer. Unfortunately, both my husband and I experienced pretty heft gastrointestinal distress within a few days of using the supplement exactly as directed. We've stopped using the supplement and our bathroom visits went back to normal. I'll probably give it another go, if only to finish up the container because we paid for it, but my husband won't touch it again. Use with caution and keep an eye on your bathroom habits. Fiber is supposed to help make things easier, so if it's making things TOO easy or even too hard to pass, you probably need a different supplement.

Been taking MyFy for six months in a quest to lower my A1C and supplement a general lack of vegetables in my diet (unless pizza counts.) Okay, first.... the taste. There is none! I add MyFy to my coffee every morning and it literally dissolves in seconds. One teaspoon is supposedly the fiber equivalent of two bunches of spinach or heads of broccoli, and I've upped the ante to a whole tablespoon. (Have not tried MyFy in soup or food, but apparently, you can cook/bake with it as well.) But the proof is in the pudding. My latest labs were markedly improved, lowered A1C below 5.7 and cholesterol dropped as well--for doing nothing but adding a scoop of powder to my morning ritual. Maybe I'll start exercising next, but let's not get carried away. This fiber is a game changer! ** Update: Another year in and still a happy customer. Have even started adding MyFy to baked goods. Awesome!

No taste, fully desolves in water, slight yellow tiny if you do not add to enough water. No cramping and does the job.
