The faucet is perfect for my van kitchen. I can swivel it to the side so that I can open my sink lid. Then swivel it back so it is over the sink. It is easy to remove for winterizing.Customer service is great, I got stuck in cold so my water system froze and they replaced it for me. John, my customer rep was very helpful, didn’t have to wait to speak to a real person. 💯 satisfied.

ISpring Replacement GA1 Seires faucet
I have several of these faucets from ISpring and have been very happy with the quality/workmanship. one of the units was getting very tight when rotating the spigot. I took it apart and noticed one of the rings was swelled. I called the company to purchase o-rings. The Customer Service agent, Michelle, was very friendly and helpful. She asked a few questions and said it was covered under warranty. She had the unit shipped out the following day and followed up with emails letting me know the status and tracking number. I'm very pleased with the company standing behind their product and the great customer support from Michelle.

Right quality Faucet for the iSpring Reverse Osmosis system
We are happily using the iSpring Reverse Osmosis from 2019 and right after installation even the taste of the water was entirely different and simply delicious. After changing main filters, we see how dirty water is and iSpring system is making the real work and it is reliable and simple in design as well. When faucet was started to drip after many years iSpring customer support manager was kind enough with the guidance and new replacement took an hour to replace and now works flawlessly. Highly recommending this system, manufacturer and service. Kim.

Nice product. Warranty registration needs improvement.
Other than not being able to register for extended warranty with the provided QR code or url with the product, installation through under the sink process went smooth. No leakage so far.

Perfect water pressure
This faucet installed easily. Works better than the one I took out. Highly recommend. Added a spacer from old faucet to give it a little extra height.

Good experience
This faucet was bought to replace the original that came with the iSpring RO system. It seems to be of better quality then the original. The faucet shipped fast and was packaged well. However there was a missing part. I contacted iSpring support where I was directed to Sean who contacted me late on a Friday to let me know that the part would be shipped out Monday morning. The kit containing the missing part arrived the following Wednesday. Great service. Thank you all.

Best products and Best technical support!
iSpring is an incredible company with amazing products and just as amazing customer service. We have had our ispring 6 stage RO system for almost ten years now and it’s still performing amazingly. I’m so thankful to have lifetime technical support provided for free since we have needed help a couple times over the years. Julius was very knowledgeable, patient with our many questions and quick in his replies. This is my second purchase of an ispring faucet and the quality of their products just keeps getting better and better!
