I’ve been using this for 2 months and hoping to get stronger bones. So far so good.

I have Osteoarthritis.My Primary wants me to -demands me to take a Fosamax injection.I have hundred's of drug allergies.My bones are quite sound and the idea of an "Injection in a Dr. Office" is Frightening! I have "Steven Johnson Syndrome".I am allergic to about 99.9% of all medications and I am not "liked" by Doctors.Well, I am not going to risk my LIFE like I did in 1993 when I was Rx "a Steroid to solve my Gyn. problems". I nearly DIED that day as I found out I was "Allergic" to Steroids & many other meds. during the next 10 years.I almost had to "Die" to please Doctors. I bought Strontium to build my bones.I do not take Calcium but I do take Vit. K/K2/K3.I am taking Strontium plus the K group.Please do not let yourself be forced into anything by a "Doctor".I hope it works! Primary pulled faces when I told him I'd been taking this.

My dexa scan showed Osteoporosis 2 years ago. After my last scan I am now Osteopenic. My risk of fracture went to severe to moderate.I have been taking strontium for 2 years now and my bones are stronger than ever. Along with exercise calcium and vitamin D. I tried Fosamax per my doctor and I felt 90 years old. Now I have something natural and it's working and no side effects at all. I take it with water at lunch with no dairy and no other supplements at all so it can absorb well. I am 60 and had knee surgery for osteoarthritis and I healed really quickly and have been walking on my treadmill regularly with no pain no issues. I attribute it to staying active and taking supplements that are natural and healing herbs.

Bought this to help strengthen my bones. Along with calcium and magnesium. I take the cal/ mag in the morning and evenings and the strontium at mid day as it says not to take at the same time as the calcium. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and don't want to take the chemical laced meds so am opting for a more natural way to address this issue. I have also added walking and light weights to my everyday routine as I have decided this is my medicine for strong healthy bones. Once I have taken this faithfully for a year I will report back again and post my results. I'm hoping for the best!

I haven't had a bone density test since I began using this, but I have read good things and am hopeful it will make a difference. This seems to be a good producer. I have been using it regularly.

2 years ago my bone density in left hip reached osteoporosis stage. Had taken Evista (which helped spine but not hips). Continued to take Evista and added Strontium and Vitamink2. Just received the results after latest test, and every category improved. Best of all, left hip went from -2.5 to -1.8. Spine and right hip also improved. All doctors need to inform patients of this product, but most have never heard of it!

I took this for 2 or 3 years, because I had osteoporosis, and it reversed into osteopenia,which is closer to normal. Doctors no longer recommend the usual drug treatment becauseof taking Strontium. I will be taking them a very long time.
