Had to have it completely reset to factory settings as it had someone elses account already on it.

It overheats a lot d shuts off after a short time

This is a very good tablet. It is sturdy, does not have a plastic cheap feel to it. It runs very well, and the picture is very clear. My only complaints are that it did not include a hdmi port like the description and picture indicated also, I was a little disappointed that it did not come with, or support a stylus. Other than those 2 issues, it’s a good tablet.
