AC Infinity Duct Adapter, 8” to 6” Ducting Reducer Increaser Cone for Grow Tent Bathroom Kitchen Ventilation Systems

Got this for my GF... Glowforge, not girlfriend. While it's not an exact tight fit with the tubing for the external fan (also bought separate) If you throw some tape on there it works great. And MUCH cheaper than those that are made specifically for the external fan.

Perfect fit for bathroom fan. Slides right in. 6" to 4" Adapter.

Great for adjusting flexible hosing to a large air handler unit.

I bought four of these, and they fit differently! Three of them loosely slide over the cloud line S6 6” opening, and tone of them one does not fit at all because the opening is too tight. So, it seems that there is a quality control issue with this product. All products I received look identical in color, labeling, and packaging, but the opening diameter (so far only tested the 6" end) are different! So if the one you purchased doesn't fit because it's too tight, consider returning it and re-ordering another and you might have better luck. I demonstrate this by showing both of my duct adapters in a single picture, and you can see that one of them slides completely over the other, and yet their product labels are identical! If the manufacturer replies with an update that they have improved their quality control, I'll update my review. For the version that does slide over, it is not snug. So, I’ll have to secure it with duct tape or perhaps a glue gun or silicone glue. Was hoping it would be a snug fit, but I suppose having it a bit loose gives me more flexibility on how to secure it. It was fairly easing pushing 4” aluminum duct hose from TerraBloom (also available on amazon) over the 4” side and then using a 4” duct hose clamp to tighten the hose onto the 4” side.

Bought two of these at different times. The product is definitely metal of a reasonable thickness. It is not plastic and it is not too thin. The measurements are correct. Quality product.

I was concerned about the fit of this product onto the AC Infinity 6” but what I received fit perfectly on my Infinity as well as onto the filter I connected it to. I think there might be a couple of versions of this product out there. The image that Amazon displays and many of the images in the reviews are of a product that is silver colored with crimped seams. What I received is black with welded seams. Very heavy duty, and again a perfect, easy fit. I’ll try to remember to add a photo later.

Very sturdy and fits the fan and hoses just fine. I used it to upgrade my 6in filter to a 8in filter without having to buy a new fan. I know they say not to do this but I have been using this setup like this for over a year now with no smell issue or anything

Made of medium weight cheap plastic, but appears to do the job. It says 4" to 6" - the 6" is perfect, but at least on my 4" pipe it is too small. A bit of duct tape works as a solution. But not sure what measurement system they're using.

Zwar etwas Hochpreisig , aber stabile Verarbeitung u passt korrekt an/in die Rohre für einen dichten Übergang.

Sehr gute Qualität und stabiles Material . Man hat sich was dabei gedacht weil der Adapter so aufgebaut ist das ein Schlauch in der Größe drüber geht . Also etwa 148 und 98 mm Material
