Task T59502 Orange Marking Flag

So, they're good for the money spent, but expect the Metal Rods to bend when placed in the ground quite easily. I can confirm by accidentally running a few over with my car that they can be re-bent back in place and are quite sturdy for this reason, but a lack of bending is my preference (not the car running over them part).Lastly, the flag tips will blow off from the wind, rain, snow, etc. after about 3 months of being placed in the ground. This makes it significantly more difficult and complicated as finding the "metal rod" without the orange flag tip is near impossible when in an area surrounded by leaf coverage or similar-colored terrain.

We have 2 dogs and I found out that it's difficult to differentiate between cold wet grass and cold wet poop at night. These flags are perfect for marking the spots. The wire is sturdy enough to penetrate the soil without kinking and the length is perfect to prevent a lot of bending over. The bright orange flags seem to be of good quality and are very easy to spot. It's been said that we now have the most patriotic lawn in the neighborhood.

We had someone coming to aerate the yard, and my husband wanted to mark where the sprinkler heads are located so that they were not damaged. These arrived quickly (within two days), and worked well. My husband said they were very easy to insert into the ground, even though it had not rained in several days. Easy to remove when no longer needed, and we can reuse them when needed.

The flags are smaller than most marker flags; however they seem fine my intended use as markers in a landscape project. The comment about the packaging being difficult to open is well taken . If your not careful you could cut yourself trying to remove excessive wrapping. Perhaps they should send someone along with the package to open it..

I just had sod and irrigation installed this year and the fencing guys were coming to put up a fence in my back yard. The fence guys get pretty involved in what they are doing so I thought it might be wise to clearly mark where my irrigation heads are. Good move as they all work and the bright color of these flags did the trick.Sprinkle on.

We use these to mark problem areas in our yard while cutting the lawn. These markers are sturdy enough to push into dry ground. We have left them for marking problem ant hills in the yard. They do not loose their color.

Bright enough flag colors, long and rigid enough metal wire pin to place it in the ground, durable flag material. Though a bit pricey for the amount you're getting, it does it's job well.
