Only sent front half of the bracket so you can't actually fix it to a bike!
Just the most ridiculous thing. If you're buying a bracket you expect it to have both sides of the bracket -- the product picture has two sides of the bracket. The box they actually sent has just the front side of the bracket so I can't fix it to anything. And no key for the lock that comes with it. Absolutely useless, do not buy.

Only half of it arrived, unusable
Only the front side of the bracket is included. None of the back side, keys or screws was included, even though they are advertised to be there. As such, this is unusable.
