No change after months of use
I ordered this product in the hope of reducing the dark spots on my hands. After two months of daily use, there was no noticeable change in the spots. The first time I ordered it, the package arrived empty—nothing in it. I reported it and received the product promptly. I never received, however, credit for the empty package! I then sent another claim to Amazon—it was ignored, and I was charged for the phantom product since I never returned it. How could I return something I never received? If the product had worked, I would not be complaining. I would accept paying double for it. However, the product had the same effect on my hand spots as the one that I never received.
