Roomy inside - sturdy exterior with airtight seal
The walls of this enclosure are impressively thick - around .090" typical. It's a darn sturdy box! The lid has an integrated/recessed edge with an interior groove that fits the round silicone gasket material (included, trim to fit) The lid stays securely mounted with 4 screws that appear to be #8 and around .750" overall length. The mounting flanges are close to .250" thick and are radiused at the lead-in, where they run parallel perpendicular to the sides of the enclosure. Radii everywhere inside & out so as to lessen the chance of fracture.I used one of my enclosures to mount an external temp controller & control circuits for an industrial oven. It stands up to the ~200°F temperature it must exist in and the plastic is holding up just fine.A really nice weather/watertight enclosure that's handy for many uses - indoors & outdoors. I'm impressed by the sturdy design.Two thumbs up!

Well built and sturdy
Sturdy walls and good cover cap. back ends lay out acout 3/4 inch cuts well for square inserts and nice finish on the case.

As advertised
I need a waterproof box to install some additional power sources (usb plugs, military style screw on 12v connectors) on my UTV. Worked out perfectly.

Gasket not the best
Great little abs enclosure, would have been nice to have a formed gasket instead of the piece of gasket you have to sit and fit yourself.

Great box for small projects
Good quality enclosure for my nodemcu and all that is connected to it. I drilled holes where needed for the wires so I cannot speak to the waterproofing of the box, but it did come with a rubber ring that I removed. I bought several of these and most likely will buy more.

Nice project box you want to be water resistant.
I don't require a large amount of water resistance but this should be more than enough. The seal material (included) easily goes into the grove and must be cut since it's bit too long. But the seal seems really good after getting all the bolts tightened down.I would use this again for anything similarly sized.

It works!!
Over all quality of box is awesome the mounting tabs are thick , gasket seals up nice and tight , and easy to drill and customize. I used this box to water proof my fuel pump on my mud buggy and has yet to let me down
