Why did you pick this product vs others?:I think this is the best brand for chicken stock powder. You don’t need much but a teaspoon full will enhance the flavor on your soup/fried rice etc.

Mislabeled as Organic
The word Organic has a specific meaning. While this product is labeled as Organic, there's no description on the jar itself as such, and none of the ingredients are labeled as such. Amazon should review how this is ok. Having said so, I do like this unami granules. I just thought it is not right to mislabel the food.
