These are everything postpartum. They absorb the bleeding, keep you dry and clean, and don’t feel bulky and uncomfortable like pads. For a c-section they also cover the wound and give some much needed padding in front of the wound which makes it feel protected. I recommend them to all my pregnant friends.

Quite small for a medium size

After i delivered my baby i was wearing some other disposable maternity underwear but it was really uncomfortable for me.I ordered these for same day delivery and used these instead of knickers / briefsI then put in 2 maternity pads in back and front to catch postpartum blood loss,I changed the pads every few hours but was able to keep wearing the underwear for the full 24 hour day, as long as didn't leak over onto the pants,Very comfortable material, obviously the picture is misleading as it looks as though it could be mistaken for real underwear in the photo, but in real life its just a a big black pull up nappy pant, like what toddlers wear, but perfect for my needs post birth

I fell in the street last September, a slight curb was raised on the pavement, but my shoe hit the slightly raised curb and tossed me over, landing flat on my stomach, I managed to get up and over come the shock, but had no idea things were going to get worse, just a few days later, my bladder started leaking, and still does to this day, but I have managed to control it with The Incontinence Pants for Women, they have given me back my freedom to take my dog for a walk twice a day and on occasions three times a day.
