Whimsical, smart, and so New York! I loved this story as much as (and maybe even more than) my 5 yo son. Did I mention there are pandas??? I could just about hear Fran Lebowitz reading the story aloud to us. Highly recommend this book.

Ms. Lebowitz is such a great writer. I purchased this book for my 2 year old nephew, but was compelled to read it myself. It was enjoyable and it had lessons to learn about life and people, especially the advanced vocabulary words to learn. I would highly recommend this book.

Cute story. Arrived in good shape. By a very interesting Author, Fran Liebowitz.I have also purchased through AMAZON another book by this author and was very happy with that purchase. She's a very bright woman and author.

She wrote a kid's book, so I had to read it. She says she is the least published well-known author, therefore, I mustread everything she does publish. Rather tongue-in-cheek, but fun

Not funny or interesting enough. I couldn't keep my kids reading along with me.

Fran's style is so charming and quirky, the story hardly matters! Our grandkids love it and WE LOVE IT.
