Staples Dexley Ergonomic Task Chair, Mesh, Ergonomic, Lumbar Support, Adjustable Height, Black

Purchased 1 year ago recommended by a family member and recently purchased 6 more. Adjustable head and back support, high quality mesh is not too hard or soft, not too difficult to assemble but requires a bit of effort. Purchased on sale but worth the money either way.

Easy to assemble (did it on my own) and great from the first sit! Breathable yet supportive and firm. I like it better than my chair at the office. Looks like the more expensive office chair, too. Height is perfect for me and there are adjustments available.

This was probably the simplest computer that I have ever assembled. All the fasteners were marked and in individual packets. And instructions were clear. Very comfortable for the reasonable price.

The chair. Is comfortable. Assembly required some machinations to complete. Concerned about the longevity of the back since there isn't any locking mechanism to keep the back straight up.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this chair from Staples. While they’re a well-known brand, I didn’t expect such a solid product at this price point. This model met my needs perfectly; it’s comfortable, supportive, and has quickly become an essential part of my workspace. A great value.

Still a bad chair.* Extremely Disappointed – Not What I Expected from a Reputable Brand I was shocked to receive what was clearly a previously returned item, despite being charged full price for a new product. The chair arrived with visible dirt in the wheels, suggesting prior use. More concerning, the seat bottom appears to have been poorly manufactured — it sagged in the center from the very beginning and has continued to deteriorate with time. The lack of proper support has made the chair so uncomfortable that I’m now forced to use a pillow just to sit in it for any length of time. This level of quality and oversight is completely unacceptable, particularly from a brand that markets itself as reliable and reputable. I expected far better and feel misled by both the condition of the item and the overall experience.
