Trio Monthly Mayhem Patches - Cramp Defense Supplements

I’ve used for a couple days now and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my pms mood! I’m not so cranky! I am using in conjunction with the migraine ones and between the two I am not having menstural migraines either! I’ve added these to my cabinet of migraine tricks. I have suffered from migraines for years and I think this may be something else I can stick in my tool belt! Definitely will order again!

I had horrible cramps for hours one morning. Put one of these patches on and went about my day. I completely forgot that I had it on until later that evening and realized I hadn't had cramps since I put it on. Worked great!! My mood felt more stabilized as well.

I bought this for myself and immediately reordered for myself, my sister and a friend! It is so much easier for me the remember to put on a patch than take a pill. And it was a no brained to get for my friend that doesn’t like to swallow pills!

Purchased for my wife. Was skeptical of benefits coming from a patch however this did seem to work well without having to use chemicals/ drugs. Stayed in place and offered pain relief benefits
