Simple & compact

Nothing wrong with the machine it is brand new! The original box had some wrinkles in it but the product itself and all the items that come with it were not damaged at all. I’ve already been crafting away! Set up was super easy and using it is super easy. It’s small and sits perfectly where I had envisioned it. Super happy with my purchase!

I have a maker, which I love, but this joy makes my life so much easier for quick jobs. I love that you can “smart feed” vinyl to it. If you don’t want to buy the smart feed products, just measure out your vinyl and cut it down to the size of a joy mat and go for it! My first project on this was to do a window sign for a friends shop. I used glitter vinyl that they had purchased. I cut it a little off so my vinyl had some wrinkles (which was also easy to remedy) but if you measure right it’s so easy. This is the BEST tool for so many projects. So happy!

There is definately a learning curve for this machine if you have no Cricut experience. After watching a few YouTube videos, and a little trial and some error, I can now produce some cute little items. I feel like there is still a ton to learn. If you are buying this, do yourself a favor and also purchase transfer tape (so much easier!) and maybe the 12" pads. It also does NOT interface with a Chromebook, so research which tablets it works best with if you are like me and don't see little details on a phone screen real well. I can't seem to find a way to create something with my computer app, save it to my stuff and then print it from my phone. Not sure why it doesn't do that, since I have an account. Oh! Speaking of that, you will need to set up an account to and that will run you about $100 annually (surprise!). I did not know that when I ordered. Anyway, it is a fun way to get started with the Cricut culture--have fun, get designing and then you can say, "I created it on my Cricut," too.

I bought this because i was on a budget but i am so AMAZED on how well it cuts, looks, and WORKS! It is as simple as plug and play. So easy to get started with any smart device Apple or Android. I do recommend getting the bigger cutter if you're going to do clothing but this works fine as a starter. Definitely worth the money for its cute and small but also MIGHTY capabilities.

I'd like to consider myself a pretty experienced Cricut person; I own 3 machines (two Air's and a Maker). My husband actually uses them more than I do, because I mostly create smaller items, and hated lugging out the Maker for something that was going to be less than 5 inches. When I found out about the Joy, I did my research, because did I *REALLY* need another machine? After watching video reviews, and talking to friends, I decided to go ahead and get one, and I'm so glad that I did! I have made more with the Joy in the past week than I have in the past 6 months with a regular size Cricut. It cuts lovely and detailed. I have done paper, plastic, glitter HTV, strong hold HTV and vinyl with no issues. The only slight negative that I experienced is that I have used it so much that the cutting mat that came with the machine has almost lost it's stick. But is that really a negative? This machine has already paid for itself in the short time I have had it. I plan on it being my personal main machine to use!

Súper fácil de usar, el tamaño muy práctico y cómodo, no utiliza nada de espacio y los resultados de los cortes tanto en vinilo como en papel son espectaculares!!! Puede hacer lo que se quiera, el límite es la imaginación. Muy versátil sin duda. Una muy buena adquisición definitivamente! He podido personalizar tazas, sellos, vasos, cajas, y elabore varias tarjetas de felicitación que quedaron personalizadas y de excelente calidad. Un hallazgo increíble!
