Helium yes, everything else is junk or missing from package.
Did not come complete. Was missing balloon weights which was in the product title when I ordered. But now is no longer in the title. The “float” material to make balloons float longer actually made mine sink. I tried it with four balloons and increased the amount of inflation on the balloons and they still stayed right on the floor. The curling ribbon is not at all as pictured. The ribbon does not curl and is no where near enough length for 50 balloons. I did only 7 balloons with the length provided and at a reasonable length.

DO NOT BUY!!!!
Wish I would’ve read the reviews. But one of those helium tanks from party city in the past and it worked amazing. This one was complete and utter crap. Not even the smallest latex balloons are floating!!! The few I did get to float were on the ground within the hour. Giant waste of Money!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Everything you need for a festive touch to the party
Excellent tank filled the 50’ballons and the included liquid balloon lift extender was very good. The balloons stayed afloat greater than 2 days. Without the liquid extended the balloons would be on the ground in a few hours post inflation.

Good value for the tank and hi-float
Bought this for a quarantine birthday for our son and it worked out great. The balloons aren't the best quality but with the hi-float they lasted for a few days which was appreciated!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME
I rarely leave a review but I think it is important people know my experience. It almost seams as the tank has both helium and air. some of the balloons we filled immediately went to the floor others that manage to stay up only stay up for a few hours. I was using 9" balloons, tried using the HI-Float Solution, use only half a pump as the instruction said but these balloons did not float at all not one bit. When I purchased I did not look at the review and I only wish I did.

Dead tank full of AIR. Balloons didn’t float. At all. WASTE of money. AVOID at all costs. KID WITH A BROKEN HEART on his 5th birthday.

Product didn’t come with balloons or hi-float. Seller refunded just under $11.
